Project Scope
Custom projects are governed by the agreed project scope, requirements, milestones, timelines, and technical specifications.
Any requirements not included in the original scope may be treated as additional work.
Client Review & Acceptance
Once a project is marked as completed, the client will receive a reasonable evaluation period to review and test the delivered system against the agreed requirements.
A project may be considered accepted when:
The client formally approves the deliverables
Final payment is completed
The system is deployed or used in a production environment
Additional Revisions
Changes or features requested outside the original project scope may be treated as separate change requests and may require additional time and fees.
4. Post-Delivery Responsibility
